You will have noticed by now, like I have, that social media such as Instagram carries great potential for getting out the words of marketing quite like no other source of advertising. This is probably due to the fact that Instagram has nearly 400 million users and is growing constantly.
Or maybe it is just the ease of social media use that makes it such a great palette for the media of more subtle marketing. I know that I am able to build and sell my brand easily with steady photo and caption posts on Instagram.
When I do a post, I usually get it started in a a special way. I buy 50 Instagram likes for it and then see what happens. While this might seem like a wasted effort, you should see what happens. Usually, after a day, I begin to see more and more people liking and following.
You could think of it as a sort of bait to enjoy. People would rather like and follow that which is already appreciated by people. It seems like most people do not want to like a post unless they are sure they are going to be part of a crowd who likes it. It is as though they will be caught out in social media loneliness.
As silly as that sounds, it is part of the driving psychology of social media which is just the sort of thing you need to leverage in order to make it on Instagram and really get your marketing efforts started well. Perhaps if I did not buy likes or followers, it would all still work but it would not be as fast.
In fact, I strategically use the likes I buy all of the time. It is a great way to boost any post to a new level and get it seen. The theater movie with the big crowd always looks more interesting than the one with a small crowd.
Even if you buy 50 Instagram likes as I do regularly, you still have to be posting good photos. It is absolute of the utmost importance that you post interesting images that are very colorful with vivid emotions displayed. You are trying to evoke emotion and get the viewers hooked.
The idea is to gain a following that will remain faithful to your posts for weeks, months, and even years to come. In order to keep their interests, you will need to post often and keep up the momentum. Otherwise, your followers will get bored and they will stop following.
I always keep track of the posts I am making by using planning software. You need to take your social media marketing seriously. When you are posting along a single thread, it is important to post a minimum of once every other day but once a day is preferable.
At the same time, I make it a point to never post too often. Doing too many posts is just going to make followers weary. Be balanced.
